Description
Summary:The acceleration of the digitization process in the sales transaction method for culinary MSME business actors is one of the strategies carried out in order to survive during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Digital product sales can be done through e-commerce services and online motorcycle taxi service applications. The existence of online food delivery services through online ojek service applications is able to increase buying interest for consumers (64% of consumers often use OFD applications during a pandemic based on a survey from Southeast Strategics) and have a good impact on economic growth with a 1% increase in percentage based on the survey. conducted by LD FEB UI. The purpose of this study was to examine the planning of the Ojek Daring Shelter facility based on the characteristics, socio demography, and needs of online ojek driver partners so that there is no change in the function of urban facilities (shoulders and pedestrian sidewalks) as parking spaces for online ojek driver partners. Data was collected using an online questionnaire to 125 respondents with the criteria of respondents being online motorcycle taxi driver partners who use applications (Gojek, Grab, Shopee Food, and others), operate in Bandung City, and have been active for at least one year. Likert analysis approach is used to identify the characteristics and needs of respondents. Planning for the provision of Online Drivers Shelter facilities pays attention to various things, including referring to planning criteria according to applicable regulations, Principle 1: Human-Oriented, Principle 2: Collaboration between Stakeholders, Principle 3 Integration with Urban Systems, Principle 4: Provision and Scheme Standardized Manager, standard space requirements (space for humans and vehicles), supporting elements (basic elements and supporting elements), and typology based on potential location criteria. Judging from the condition of the location in the study area (Dipati Ukur Area) the appropriate typology of shelter facilities is Type 1: Shelter Facilities Located in Plots with the proposed location being in the parking lot of Mie Gacoan Restaurant, Dipati Ukur Branch, based on the observations of many partners. online motorcycle taxi iv drivers who operate around the restaurant and this parking lot have sufficient land availability so that the space requirement for shelter facilities at this location is 62 m2. The next proposed location is a shared parking area next to the UNIKOM campus on the basis of the consideration that it has sufficient land and is close to the existence of urban facilities (education, shopping, and transit points) so that the need for shelter facility space at this location is 55 m2. Then based on the typology Type 2: Shelter Facilities Located in Non-Optimal Public Spaces with the proposed location being a former bicycle stop facility located on Jalan Ganesa with the basic consideration being the reuse of unused buildings or spaces and close to urban facilities (education, offices, and tourism), the need for shelter facilities at this location is 72 m2. The proposed scheme for its provision involves stakeholders in it. At the location of the Mie Gacoan restaurant parking lot, Dipati Ukur Branch, the government acts as an intermediary between the service application and online motorcycle taxis and the restaurant in providing shelter facilities. At the location of the shared parking area next to the Unikom campus, the government acts as an intermediary between the service application and online motorcycle taxis and the community in providing shelter facilities. And at the location of the former bicycle stop on Jalan Ganesa, the government acts as a land provider, online motorcycle taxi service application companies act as funders, and the community acts as the manager of the shelter facility.
