Summary: | PT X is a sand mining company located in the Cimangkok area, Sukabumi. Nowadays, PT X is still experiencing difficulties in achieving its production target. With a production target of 600-700 m3, PT X can only manage to reached an average of 400-500 m3 sand production. From the results of the search for the root of the problem, the failure to achieve the production target occurs because of the company's problems inherent with the risks brought by the parties involved in the business process. Therefore, this study aims to manage stakeholder risk at PT X. However, to obtain the results of a more holistic risk analysis, this study also involves risk interaction analysis with the integration of the ISM and MICMAC methods. The problem formulation is answered by analyzing the stakeholder risks identified in PT X's business processes. Stakeholder risk assessment is carried out based on the integration of risk and stakeholder attributes because the negative or positive influence brought by stakeholders can increase or reduce the significance of stakeholder risk. The results of the stakeholder risk analysis show that there are six main risks that need to be managed by the company. The six risks are S7R26 groundless rumors of local residents, S3R30 ineffective communication, S4R4 supplier price fluctuations, S3R33' human error, S3R32' workers not in accordance with procedures, and S3R16' machine repair errors. This risk comes from core business processes that related to sand mining. Strategies are developed based on these six risks but are also intended to manage risks interact with the main risks. To manage the risk of PT X's stakeholders, the results of the study propose 6 strategies, which is, S.1 adjustment of the company's organizational structure, S.2 managing relationships with local communities, S.3 documenting operational activity reports, S.4 technical skills training for workers, S.5 evaluation regarding policies related to mining operations of PT X, and S.6 management of relations with suppliers.
