<b></i>Abstract : </b><i><p align="justify"><br />Hospital services are one of the decisive factor of the quality and the image of the hospital from the community viewpoint. So that enhancing the hospital services especially at the inpatient care department is necessary.<p align="justify"><br />To enhance the inpatient care services we should enhance the productivity of all inpatient care services function and its outcome such as the feelings of being secure, comfort, pleasant, peacefulness, and contentedness.<br /><p align="justify"><br />The aim of this final research paper is to analyze how could we enhance the productivity of Cibabat hospital - Bandung inpatient care services. The Objective Matrix approach have been used as the measurement tool to measure the hospital nursing services functional activities, and its contribution to the total aspect of the hospital inpatient care services.<br /><p align="justify"><br />By knowing the total index of the inpatient care services and its function, the hospital managers will use it as a judgement in creating a good hospital plan to enhance the inpatient care nursing services.
