Summary:PT X is a pharmaceutical company in Indonesia which producing life science products. PT X currently working on a project called Renovasi Gedung Power House, with a total budget of Rp5.078.946.006,12 and planned to be completed in 87 weeks. To monitor all projects progress, PT X using S-curve. Based of the S-curve, Renovasi Gedung Power House project is experiencing delays. Monitoring using S-curve can show projects performance by comparing actual with plans. However S-curve has it limitation, that it cannot estimate cost and time of project completion. Therefore, this study aims to determine project performance and estimates project completion’s cost and time. Earned Value Management (EVM) and Earned Schedule (ES) are used to overcome the weakness of S-curve. EVM and ES calculation can show project’s performance and estimated project completion’s cost and time. The results of performance calculation and project completion estimates will be used as input to build dashboard. Dashboard is designed based on the needs of stakeholders which are derived into Key Performance Indicators (KPI). In the 40th week, which is the last period of data collection, the monitoring result show that the project has been delayed for 1.59 weeks, but saved Rp.50,009,971.27 for the budget. It also show that the estimation of project’s completion cost is Rp5,028,846,034.85 with a total duration of 90.61 weeks. The calculation results using EVM and ES are displayed on the dashboard which has been designed. The dashboard can display 9 KPI and has been created in Microsoft Excel.
