Summary: | This research aims to develop a business strategy by strengthening the internal system of Funtrip tours and travel agents. Funtrip is a company engaged in the travel agency sector. The ineffectiveness of work processes with the number of resources owned indicates that it is necessary to develop a system built by funtrip in order to create a more effective and efficient work process, therefore the author will discuss business introduction, exploration of business problems, and business solutions using political analysis, Economic, Social, Technology, Legal, Environmental (PESTLE) as an external analysis to describe the business industry situation and use Business Process and Business Ecosystem analysis as internal analysis. As a result of the analysis, the authors provide three recommended strategies for Funtrip namely; improve the performance of human resources with the recruitment process; strengthening core stakeholders by maintaining good relations and taking part in participating in every event at the travel association; and Improvement of internal business by educating resources on determining the positioning of the Funtrip brand.
