In the current fast-paced environment, organizations have also been forced to rely more on people to innovate to stay ahead of the competition. Addressing both the theoretical and practical purposes, this study investigated the roles of knowledge sharing behavior, team climate, and organizational learning culture in predicting innovative work behavior. Three hypotheses were introduced as assumptions based on previous research, then descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analysis were performed to formulate a conclusion. A self-report questionnaire was used to collect data from employees in a telecommunication company in Indonesia with a total of 155 responses were collected. Regression analysis revealed that knowledge sharing behavior positively predicted workers’ innovative work behavior, which was aligned with previous findings. Similarly, team climate was found to be a predictor of innovative work behavior, supporting the outcomes of previous studies. As for the third construct, results also showed that organizational learning culture was a significant predictor of innovative work behavior. These findings contribute to the existing literature by providing evidence that individual, group, and organizational factors should always be considered when predicting employees’ innovative work behavior. As for practical implications, this research has highlighted the important roles of knowledge sharing behavior, team climate, and organizational learning culture in improving employees’ innovative work behavior. Nevertheless, further study is required to enable the findings to be applicable in a wider context. text
