Some companies are also still implementing remote work systems. Generally, Generation Z is the generation that just entered the workforce during the pandemic, so this affects their work performance. After two years of the pandemic, Generation Z has adapted to remote and hybrid work, so they are more reluctant to go to the office. This study aims to determine the prevalence of Generation Z employees working on-site, remotely, or hybrid after the pandemic. It also explores the relationship between different work arrangements and the individual work performance of Generation Z employees after the pandemic. This study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to a total of 202 respondents living in the Jabodetabek and Bandung areas. From the respondents obtained, the prevalence of Generation Z working in hybrid is greater than on-site and remote. On-site workers are more than remote workers. Data processing was carried out using the Simple Linear Test method and a partial T-test to prove the hypothesis. As a result, there is no significant relationship between different work arrangements and individual work performance. text
