This concept has been used to address various kinds of social problems in the world, one of which is to meet the needs of underprivileged people for food. In this research, the concept of social business will be used to develop a food-catering business that could help KIP-K ITB students to get a nutitious lunch in a practical way with more affordable price. The initial stage in designing a social business is to identify the pain points which are felt by KIP-K ITB students when they tried to get a lunch at the ITB campus of Ganesha. Later, the pain points will be used as a reference in developing a social business model using the social model business canvas framework and the marketing mix so that the process can run efficiently and effectively. After conducting a sales trial on the 19th to 21st July, 2023, it is known that there are 12 things that need to be evaluated from the existing plan. These points are used to improve the design of the social business model and marketing mix for the food catering social business. In addition, there are also several risks in business continuity that must be anticipated. text |
