Summary:XYZ Foundation is a non-profit firm that is a modern and trusted foundation that inspires community empowerment to prosper and develop Indonesia. Currently, XYZ Foundation is dominated by millennial employees. The millennials have particular characteristics that differ from other generations in responding to job satisfaction. Additionally, job satisfaction in the non-profit industry is different from other industries. This study investigates how the working environment impacted the millennials’ job satisfaction. Findings show that only working facilities significantly influenced millennials’ job satisfaction from the five variables. The R2 value of work environment towards job satisfaction found was 0.245.
