Summary: | To achieving the vision and mission in a company, it needs activate role from the employees. Employees have a major role in any organization’s activities, such as become planners, perpetrators, and to determine the realization of the goal system of the organization. The goals of organization will be easier to achieve if the employees are placed in a position that based on their competence and capability. The placement should be based on the principle “the right man on the right place and the right man behind the job.” The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of job placement on the employee performance and to determine how influence job placement on the employee performance in PT Bangun Negeri.
This research using a questionnaire and has 60 respondents. The method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis, the results are Y = 15.080 + 0,792X, with R correlations value is 0.789, it means that the level relationship of job placement on employee performance are strong and positive. The conclusion showed that there is an effect job placement on employee performance, while the level of effect given by independent variable towards dependent variable is 62.3% and 37.7% affected by the other factor. |
