Summary:This study investigates the Corporate Shared Value (CSV) strategies of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BRI), focusing on its "Pengusaha Muda BRIliaN" (PMB) program, designed to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The research explores how BRI integrates CSV within its banking operations, contributing to social welfare and economic profitability. The role of the PMB program in fostering MSME growth through Go digital, Go global, Go Modern, Branding Enhancement, and financial literacy is examined. The study combines literature review with qualitative analysis, including Incorporating insights from interviews with BRI representatives and MSME participants. The study validates the program's value proposition and suggests improvements. These improvements, aligned with the proposed Business Model Canvas (BMC), include expanding partnerships, exploring new business categories, enhancing alumni engagement, and community building. The findings highlight BRI's successful blend of CSV objectives, contributing to its competitive edge.
