Summary:<p align="justify">This study aims to design a PCI girder bridge with a single pile pier for the road relocation project at Aek Latong, North Sumatra, at STA 7+400. The background of this research is the need for safe and durable infrastructure to support mobility and accessibility in an area situated on the Sumatra fault, which frequently causes structural damage. The methodology includes structural analysis using Midas Civil 2019 software for modeling and structural analysis, along with manual calculations to validate the analysis results. The findings indicate that the bridge design with PCI girder and single pile pier possesses adequate strength and stability for both service and seismic conditions, and complies with SNI 2833:2016 standards for earthquake resistance planning for bridges. Additionally, this thesis compares the structural effectiveness with other studies. The comparative study involves a structural design with similar conditions and location but utilizes portal piers and different girder spacing. In conclusion, the designed bridge structure can withstand service loads and seismic forces, making it suitable for the specified location. Regarding structural effectiveness, several conclusions are drawn based on various comparative categories, highlighting that each type of structure has advantages and disadvantages in specific categories.<p align="justify">
