An essential aspect of guaranteeing the availability of infrastructure is the precision of port availability at optical distribution points (ODPs). VALINS audits have emerged as an essential element of infrastructure development to enhance the efficiency of new service installation, enhance customer happiness, and ultimately enhance the quality of service delivery. The study at PT Telkom Regional III Jawa Barat utilized the DMAIC framework (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) and gathered feedback through a focus group discussion (FGD) in conjunction with Telkom Indonesia's data validation practice.The objective was to examine the effectiveness of management implementation of VALINS activities and its influence on overall success. Subsequently, the root of the problem was determined through the utilization of current reality tree analysis. This led to the formulation of multiple methods aimed at enhancing the VALINS accuracy by implementing the analytical hierarchy process. The study's research highlighted the significance of the VALINS process in enhancing the precision of VALINS, which refers to the quality of data infrastructure ODP, as well as the implementation of change in the context of infrastructure quality. The findings indicated that in order to achieve comprehensive solutions, it is necessary to enhance operational standards, evaluate the collaborative working agreement between PT Telkom and PT Telkom Akses, closely monitor the effectiveness of ongoing standard operating procedure (SOP) implementation, and provide training to enhance responsiveness as a preventive measure. Additionally, it is important to raise awareness about the significance of VALINS as a new service installation. However, further consideration is required to ensure clarity in the strategies. The study's findings offer useful insights that may be utilized to guide Telkom's implementation of data validation procedures with a proactive approach to managing infrastructure data, focusing on risk reduction in relation to current operating procedures. text |
