Description
Summary:The signaling system used in Jabodebek LRT is the Communication Based Train Control (CBTC) Grade of Automation (GoA) level 3 system, which is a moving block and autonomous train system. The CBTC GoA 3 signaling system of Jabodebek LRT has a complex system with several types of new equipment and is different from the existing trains in PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). This system was first implemented in Indonesia, so to ensure the safety of train operations, optimal preventive maintenance is needed on the signaling equipment. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the maintenance program that has been implemented and design an effective preventive maintenance scheduling, by optimizing resources and overcoming operational obstacles. The research methodology includes literature study, data collection through interviews and observations, as well as data analysis of maintenance programs and realizations for nine months. And using the Integer Linear Programming (ILP) method to model and optimize the maintenance schedule, taking into account various constraints such as limited maintenance time and the number of available personnel. This research focuses on evaluating the maintenance program that has been carried out and designing a new schedule that is in accordance with the Jabodebek LRT operational conditions. The analysis results show that the maintenance program increased from 36.04% (December 2023) to 89.53% (May 2024), during the 9-month period the maintenance program has not achieved 100% due to several factors. The reliability of the CBTC GoA 3 Jabodebek LRT signaling system targeted at 99.36% can be successfully achieved, if with the reliability of each equipment system reaching 99.84% for infrastructure equipment and 99.68% for the onboard subsystem. The results of the ILP approach calculation to determine the number of personnel requirements are 12 personnel for the maintenance of Jabodebek LRT signaling equipment. And the result of scheduling planning is a scheduling table that contains the division of teams (personnel) on each day with details of the work to be done.
