Description
Summary:This thesis explores the implementation of data-driven decision-making to enhance the user experience and improve B2B invoicing efficiency across Paper.id's multiple platforms. In the fast-paced fintech sector, staying ahead involves continuously innovating to improve user activation and retention, especially within the crucial first month of use. This research adopts a structured approach, integrating sophisticated analytics such as Time Series Analysis, Descriptive Analysis, and Correlation Analysis to meticulously analyze user data captured through the company's MySQL databases. The analytical phase is followed by strategic planning utilizing SWOT and TOWS analyses, which inform the development of targeted UI/UX enhancements under an Agile Scrum framework. This methodical approach allows for iterative refinements based on real-time feedback, ensuring that strategies are adaptable and precisely aligned with user needs. The effectiveness of these enhancements is quantitatively assessed in a comprehensive post-implementation analysis, which contrasts performance indicators before and after UI/UX adjustments on both mobile and desktop platforms. The results indicate a marked improvement in user activation and retention on mobile platforms, underscoring the effectiveness of the targeted improvements. This thesis demonstrates the practical benefits of leveraging data-driven strategies in optimizing user experiences and contributes to the academic understanding of strategic IT implementation in the fintech industry. The findings suggest that continuous improvement frameworks like Agile Scrum and a deep understanding of user data can significantly elevate user satisfaction and business outcomes.
