Description
Summary:Balancing appearance and job performance is challenging today, as clothing greatly impacts perceptions. With nearly half of Indonesia's 135.30 million workers in the formal sector, a professional look is crucial. To meet this need, Comvee creates adaptive clothing for comfort, mobility, and aesthetics. As an early- stage company, Comvee aims to become Indonesia's top adaptive clothing brand by improving financial planning, setting realistic production goals, and using data-driven forecasting. This study aims to develop an optimal financial strategy for Comvee. Using primary data from company records and secondary data from literature, it includes PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces, TOWS, financial reports, ratios, and DuPont analysis. Findings show Comvee's sales growth is hindered by poor financial management. The research suggests short-term and long-term financial strategies with ideal cash flow scenarios, and calculations for payback time, NPV, PI, and IRR
