Description
Summary:Strawberries are one of the fruits that contain high nutrition. Festival cultivar strawberries have large, fresh fruits and a very sweet taste. Strawberry production in Indonesia has decreased every year. This study aims to quantify the growth of strawberry plants based on the standard operating procedure (SOP) of CV. Bumi Agrotechnology cultivation and determine its mathematical model during the cultivation period. The average plant height and root length were 20.49 cm/plant and 28.55 cm/plant. The average number of leaves was 5.6 leaves/plant with an area of 106.8-852.8 cm2/plant. The average wet weight of roots, crowns and fruit is 12.17 g/plant, 11.59 g/plant, and 8.94 g/plant. The average dry weight of roots, crowns, and fruits produced were 2.42 g/plant, 2.34 g/plant, and 0.639 g/plant. The average organic matter content of roots, crowns, and fruits is 89.13%, 87.82%, and 93.81%. The average mineral matter content of roots, crowns, and fruits is 10.87%, 12.18%, 6.19%. Total fruit production was 1901.94 g with fresh fruit weight of 39.62 g/plant. The average fresh weight of fruit produced was 5.73 g/fruit. The harvest index was obtained with a value of 0.19. Realative growth rate of plant height, highest number was observed in the vegetative phase, while root length, leaf area, wet and dry weights of root, crown, and fruit parts in the flowering phase. Through Goodness of Fit analysis, the most suitable model for the growth of dry and wet weights of roots and crowns is the logistic model, for the wet weight of fruit is the gaussian model, and for the dry weight of fruit is the Gompertz model. The equation for the growth model of the wet weight of the roots, crown, and fruit is ???? = ??,?? (???,???.???(??,??????)), ???? = ??,??? (????,???.???(??,????)) , ???? = 24,64. exp ?? ?????? ??,?? ???, The equation for the root, crown, fruit dry weight growth model is ???? = ?,??? (???,???.???(??,??????)), ???? = ?,??? (???,???.???(??,??????)), ???? = 1,176. exp(?4578. exp(?0,01237????))
