From research, it was resulted that the logarithmic standard equation best applied at Derawan Reef 2007 with acceptable precentage 96,23 %, and the worst occured at West Masimbung Reef with acceptable precentage 81,09 %. Logarithmic profile in water coral reef region influenced by topography and also current velocity vector. The highest average logarithmic layer height occured at Derawan Reef 2007 reached 11,8 m above the sea bed (depth around 15 m), and the lowest occured in West Masimbung Reef reached 6,8 m (with same depth). The maximum bottom roughness occured at Derawan Reef 2006 reached 0,81 cm and the minimum occured at East Masimbung Reef reached 0,25 cm. <br /> text
