Technological gap caused by assymetric access, commonly recognized as digital divide, is often happened and become problem. <br />

One much anticipated national Information and Communication Technology program to have a significant role in closing the Digital Divide problem is the Warung Internet (Warnet), Indonesian term for Cyber Cafe. To identify the influence of Warnet technology to the community then monitoring and measurement of Warnet's role, as feedback analysis, is required. <br />

A qualitative study, supported by descriptive and statistical analysis has shown that Warnet has the capability to actively participated in bridging the digital divide efforts, especially in accessing the Internet. The role of Warnet, as a complementary sokution to individual access, should be improved to be an ICT Center and developed as government's partner in closing the digital divide <br />
