Summary:Education, informastion and communication are the foundations of human advancement and prosperity. Various forms of advancement in human development is the manifestation of science and technology. But it is realized that the rate of development and utilization of science and technology revolution is not evenly distributed. Technological gap caused by assymetric access, commonly recognized as digital divide, is often happened and become problem. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> One much anticipated national Information and Communication Technology program to have a significant role in closing the Digital Divide problem is the Warung Internet (Warnet), Indonesian term for Cyber Cafe. To identify the influence of Warnet technology to the community then monitoring and measurement of Warnet's role, as feedback analysis, is required. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> A qualitative study, supported by descriptive and statistical analysis has shown that Warnet has the capability to actively participated in bridging the digital divide efforts, especially in accessing the Internet. The role of Warnet, as a complementary sokution to individual access, should be improved to be an ICT Center and developed as government's partner in closing the digital divide <br />
