Experimental animal was used in the study were 20 male broiler chicks aged 14 days. This study consisted of 4 treatments with 5 repetitions on each treatment. The experimental feed contains a mixture of fermented banana peel flour (Musa paradisiaca Linn) and fish meal at levels of 0% (P0), 5% (P1), 10% (P2), 15% (P3). The implementation of the study was conducted after broiler aged 14 days until aged 35 days. Statistical data of the research were analyzed using Analysis of Variances ANOVA (P>0,05) that stated substitution of fermented banana feel flour and fish meal to 15 % did not show any significant difference to weight gain and percentage of chicken carcass broiler. This is because substitution feed has protein content equivalent to commercial feed. 2017 Thesis NonPeerReviewed text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/66002/1/KH.408.17%20.%20Hid.f%20-%20ABSTRAK.pdf text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/66002/2/KH.408.17%20.%20Hid.f%20-%20SEC.pdf SISKA NUR HIDAYAH, 061311133013 (2017) FERMENTASI KULIT PISANG RAJA NANGKA (Musa paradisiaca Linn) DAN TEPUNG IKAN SEBAGAI SUBSTITUSI PAKAN KOMERSIAL TERHADAP PERTAMBAHAN BERAT BADAN DAN PERSENTASE KARKAS AYAM BROILER.
