Lots of tribes produce different social culture. This research focused on children traditional games found in USK (Untukmu Si Kecil or For You The Little One) in district of Jember, village of Sumber Sari. The mingling of both Javanese and Madurese culture in the district created one new culture named pendalungan culture. As a result, society of Pendalungan in Jember has an unique characteristic which have process from both cultures and survival adapted in them are. This study used qualitative approach that was descriptive and tend to analyze inductively. This method produced by interview to 17 infoman . They are written words or utterances of people and behaviour observed. Qualitative research was research method used to scrutinize in the natural setting. Using the interpretative paradigm resulted from the interview of eight informants, the conclusion was made to produce the discovery of concept towards the object research. This research was based on the theory of social construction of Peter L Berger and Thomas Luckman. In this theory, there are three interconnected moments, they are, externalization, objectivity, and internalization. First, externalization was found in USK environment as a process of adaptation in socializing games to society and selecting the game item to USK children by adjusting with Pendalungan culture dominated by Madurese culture. Second, objectivity was seen through the vision and mission of USK that had been implemented in active children in their daily life. The attitude of maintaining harmony, improve intelligence and caring for Indonesian realized in each of these activities is presented in USK. Internalization happens give views thoroughly with submissive of inclusions and rules that exist in USK.
