X DI KOTA SURABAYA) AKBAR ALIF HUTAMA, 041511233038 BF Psychology BF176 Psychological Tests and Testing This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Job Insecurity on Task Performance and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour with Organizational Identification as an intervening variable and Psychological Capital as a moderating variable at PT. X in Surabaya. The population of this study consisted of 423 employees of PT. X in Surabaya. The study sample consisted of 206 employees and 18 managers of PT. X in Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is direct influence test analysis and moderation with the help of SmartPLS.
