The � purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between job satisfaction and employee s turnover intention related with moderating variables external locus of control and perceive organizational support. In this research there. This study was conducted in one of the shipping company in Jakarta. was 87 samples and have met test reliability, validity and test Sam assumptions. ples is an employee who has been following Management Trainee Program. To obtain the data, this research used closed questionnaires with six likert of scale. Job satisfaction was measured with an instrument developed by Hackman and Oldham (1975). Turnover intention was measured with an instrument developed by Bluedorn (1982). External locus of control was measured with an instrument developed by Paul E. Spector (1988). Perceived organizational support was measured with an instrument developed by Susskind dkk. (2000) and Eisenberger dkk. (1990). The results of this study show that there is a negative and significant relationship between job satisfaction and the turnover intention strengthened by strong moderating variables external locus of control and strong perceived. In partial organizational support. external locus of control and the perceive organizational support had a negative relationship with the turnover intention. Strong of external locus of control will reduce turnover intention. Strong of perceived organizational support will reduce turnover intention.
