Furthermore, this graduating paper explain about SWOT analysis and its marketing strategy to attract the customers. The methods of collecting the data are library research and field study. In the library research, the writer studies several books, articles, and material from the internet which are related to the object of research. For field studies, the writer interviews the owner, receptionist and kitchen staff of Roemah Djawa Resort and does participatory observation in Roemah Djawa Resort. In addition, the writer also collect the data from the guest testimonial sheet in Roemah Djawa Resort to collect information and analyze the guest opinion about the facilities and service in Roemah Djawa Resort. In conclusion, Romah Djawa Resort is one of the unique resort in Yogyakarta which offer good facilities and service. By choosing appropriate marketing strategy, it can expand its resort in all aspects and by analyze the resort by using SWOT analysis, it can know about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in Roemah Djawa Resort.
