Summary:The increasing request of customer about production door frame and beltline make the company always to try customer need complete with increasing total production. To increase the total production, its mean the company need more machine and place, so the company build a new plant and the old plant must be re-layout. The method of re-layout design, collect file about flow process beltline, dimension calculate from every mold machine (beltline producing) and interview method. And then make alternative re-layout. the result of design from this method then be compare with movement distance. Space area is (11.8 x 6.8) m and (25.2 x 4.5) m. In part futura WSI FD RH/LH, first layout have movement distance at 44336 meters per month whereas in the new layout have movement distance at 29766 meters per month. In flow process part WSO FR (futura) and part WSI FD material PVC (futura) faster
