The method of re-layout design, collect file about flow process beltline, dimension calculate from every mold machine (beltline producing) and interview method. And then make alternative re-layout. the result of design from this method then be compare with movement distance. Space area is (11.8 x 6.8) m and (25.2 x 4.5) m. In part futura WSI FD RH/LH, first layout have movement distance at 44336 meters per month whereas in the new layout have movement distance at 29766 meters per month.
