Summary: | Background: Specialists are human resources that determine hospital's success. The lack of full-time specialists at Pawl Rapih Hospital, too many part-time specialists, low frequency of visit, low number of medical records. had all caused Panti Rapih Hospital to face managerial problems in developing priority products and improving its service quality. The management of Panti Rapih Hospital had improved its non-monetary reward system for part-time specialist:. Its aim was to improve their work product ivity.This study aimed to determine the influence of perception of non-monetary reward system on part-lime specialists' productivity at Panti Rapih Hospital.
Methods: This quantitative study used cross-sectional method via survey technique, with 40 specialists at Panti Rapih Hospital as sample. Measurement tools were structured questionnaire. interview, secondary data from the medical record, and data from human resource and financial departments. Measurement used Liken Scale. The analysis techniques included descriptive analysis and regression analysis.
Results: Results showed that 82% respondents had positive perception of non-monetary reward system. when perception of importance is applied: job, equipment needs' fulfillment, work environment, opportunity to develop profession. rewards, and self-actualization.
