Summary:The number of employees moving from one company to another has been growing in the recent years. One way to solve such a problem is the development of organizational commitment among employees. Benefits are no longer enough for employees to stay. There also needs to be a more conducive workplace that increased productivity and managers that are more understanding towards the employees for them to achieve job satisfaction. Three major factors that affect an employee's commitment to an organization were identified - emotional intelligence, job security and job satisfaction. This research aims to make an in-depth analysis at the organizational commitment of employees who are rank and file. In order to measure these three variables, the researchers conducted a statistical analysis using simple linear regression.
