Phytochemical screening of the leaves of Pseudoelephantopus spicatus Rohr.: (Dilang baka)
Pseudoelephantopus spicatus Rohr is a herb that is noted for its medicinal properties, The P. spicatus Rohr. Extract was subjected to Phytochemical screening. Results of the study indicated the presence of alkaloids, saponins, cardenolides and bufadienolides, and tannins in the leaves of the plant.
