Summary:The research is all about motivating factors that affects employee retention. The researchers conducted a study about these factors on the relationship of it with employee retention in the main office of the company. It aims to help Primer Group of Companies in reducing their employee turnover rate. This study will aid the company on to determine what factors will have a significant relationship with employee retention. Information about motivation, employee retention and the company will be seen on this research. There are also several theories mentioned in the research that can support the group's research and claims. The group will survey a number of employees from the main office of the company and analyze it using different statistical test (Descriptive Statistics and Point Biserial Correlation Analysis) and software (MS Excel) in order to achieve the objective of determining the relationship of each factor to employee retention. The research also determined which factors satisfy the employee of the company and which among the 3 factors can cause employee turnover and ranked them on which will most likely cause turnover from 1 to 8 as 1 being the highest influence and 8 as the lowest. There is also a recommendation where the researchers proposed a plan of action for the company on what they need to improve on each factor that has a significant relationship with employee retention. In the results of the survey data and regression analysis the researchers arrived of having a significant relationship with all the factors to employee retention while for the intervening variables there are three variables which is significant to employee retention. In conclusion, all hypotheses made in the study were accepted since all factors is significant to employee retention.
