Various effects of CSR have been studied on both customer purchase intention and employee organizational commitment and posed conclusions to further strengthen CSR in the organization. This study survey 100 customers of Philip Morris Philippines Manufacturing International (PMPMI) to determine the effects of CSR practices on their purchase intention. 25 employees were also surveyed to determine the effects of CSR on organizational commitment. Results obtained revealed that CSR has a net effect of+19% on customer purchase intention and a +93% on employee organizational commitment.
