Evaluation results show that are wide variety of cheesecakes and chocolate flavored drinks are edge against competitors. The company has not clearly defined their target market so we have identified a specific target market. Doing this well help the company to analyze the needs and wants of their target market and so providing their needs and wants better that their competitors. The proposed strategies would cost P89,900 for the Product Development and P1,435,750 for Marketing Communications program.
