Incoming oil quality determines the necessary processing and is a good indication of the treatment it will require. This is especially true now that the physical refining is becoming more common in our industry.The Saybolt Viscosimeter is the apparatus to be used to determine the viscosity, Westphal balance is for the density and a fabricated experimental apparatus based on Stephen Whitataker's procedure of heat conduction is for the thermal conductivity of CNO. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) will be used for the analysis of the experimental data that will be obtained.The crude coconut oil that will be used is from the Southern Integrated Oil Mill Incorporated.
