PBC aims to supply safe and adequate blood by conducting blood drives in universities within Metro Manila. The main target audience of the organization is college students aged 18 and above as they believe that this age group has the healthiest blood.The communication audit revealed that PBC does not provide any information regarding their blood drives to the students, which led to low student turnout during the events. To solve this problem, the group created a communication materials package for PBC, which aims to provide information regarding PBC's events to their target public who are college students. The primary objective of the communication materials package is to provide pre-event publicity materials that would inform the students about PBC's upcoming blood orientation and blood drive before each event. This includes posters and tarpaulins that PBC can post in the university before the events. It contained information such as when and where the blood drive would take place. The group also created a more substantial brochure that aims to explain the importance and benefits of blood donation. It also contained testimonies to reinforce people's decision to donate. The group also created flyers that contained the steps on blood donation. Last, the group revised the DOH-linked web page by providing information about PBC and its purpose. It is important to note that the webpage is created for future use.
