A descriptive-correlational research design was employed. Total number of respondents is 54 parents of children with mild mental retardation from age 9 to 15 and had enrolled their child in a private special school for at least one year. This study is confined to four private special schools in Quezon City, namely P. M. A self-structured questionnaire was administered to the respondents.
