After securing appropriate permissions and ethics clearance, the researcher asked students to answer a standardized pre-test. Ten active strategies were implemented. Further, the students also had their student journal wherein they were able to write what they have expected, and learned during each day. After the whole duration of the Gas Laws were discussed and learned, the teacher again instructed the students to answer the standardized test as a post test.
