The descriptive method of research was employed utilizing a validated researcher-devised questionnaire. Respondents were 76 physically impaired persons from selected institutions. The results of the study revealed that only the social welfare services relative to education were perceived as adequate by the respondent beneficiaries. The social welfare services namely: employment services, rehabilitation, auxiliary social activities (recreational), psychological activities, physical access to public areas and community living alternatives were perceived by the respondents as inadequate.
