While the Office for Strategic Communications facilitates major PR initiatives, the DLSU community also serves as an important resource for the media. Faculty members and students represent the best the University has to offer and are encouraged to participate in media activities that will enhance the image of the school.It is urgent that all media-related activities involving students and faculty members are monitored by the Office of Strategic Communications for documentation purposes. Monitoring is also important for ensuring the uniformity of the key messages being sent out by the University. DLSU is a leading research university fosters innovation and continuously ascribes to its tenets of faith, service, and communion.In order to document the media activities of faculty members and students, the Media Activity forms A and B (on location and out of campus) were developed. However, these forms may be confusing for its end users, since the nature of in-campus and out-of-campus activities have key similarities. Therefore, streamling the Media Activity form will help faculty members and students properly file for their media activity requests.
