In education, the controversy over pedagogical theories and approaches in terms of bridging technology with teaching strategies has long been the subject of debates in many educational symposia and conference. How do teachers perceive technology in terms of its instructional effectiveness? This paper will attempt to explore the many issues and concerns relative to the effective application of technology in the classroom.
