The scope of this project is limited to the sales and marketing constraints of the Philippine credit card industry specifically of Bank of the Philippine Islands. Bank of the Philippine Islands is a financial Institution with 155 years of existence. It is one of the country's premiere banks. The limitation of the study is on constraints of BPI Villa Ortigas Express Banking Center. BPI Villa Ortigas is located at Santolan and Granada St. of Quezon City. The objective of the study is to determine which marketing strategy, promotional activities and techniques to initiate for the branch to reach its sales target tor the year-end 2006.
