In this paper, following a brief introduction to digital holography, it’s application to imaging; microscopy and measurement will be highlighted. The proposal is to develop a Holomicroscope as a complement to existing microscope to enhance 3-D dynamic visualization and measurement capability lacking in current microscopes.
