Enhanced gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for bacterial polyhydroxyalkanoates analysis
A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for quantification of polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs), containing 4-carbon to 16-carbon monomers, even in the absence of standards, was developed.
