Summary: | This study aims to identify the factors influencing the attitude and behavior of consumers towards online shopping in Singapore. In particular, it examines the significant effect of these factors in behavioral intention to shop on the Internet. Findings suggested that convenience, protection, acceptance, customer service, and impulse buying will have an effect on the attitude and behavior of consumers towards online shopping. Analysis has also shown how the significance of each factor changes with different demographic groups. This research also indicates some of the more popular category of products people purchase over the Internet in Singapore context. |
