Summary: | This paper examines the relationship between the four dimensions of organizational justice (Distributive, Procedural, Interpersonal and Informational) and employees’ perceived psychological contract fulfillment by their employers. Using a sample size of 210 full time employees in Singapore, this study suggests that organizational justices are positively related to the perception of psychological contract fulfillment, except for procedural justice. In addition, we found some evidence that Perceived Organizational Support (POS) differentially mediated the relationships between the four dimensions of justice, and the perception of psychological contract fulfillment. We discuss our findings in terms of their implications for psychological contract research, and for the research on the multi-dimensionality of organizational justice. |
