Study of employee turnover in the hotel and real estate industries in Singapore.
The paper dicusses the determinants of employee turnover in the real estate and hotel industries in Singapore. The Model of Turnover developed by Khatri and Chong (1999)is adopted.Findings suggest that employee turnover is mostly controllable especially in the real estate industry.
