TBL employs a set of prin- ciples to produce beneficial outcomes in individual and team learning. However, the claims on the effectiveness of TBL on learning are often anecdotal, based on tradi- tion, and not evidence-based. Through statistical analysis, we can better evaluate TBL’s claims and beliefs. This paper explores the relationship between individual and team learning.
