Description
Summary:With the advent and popularity of the Internet, and customers wanting greater control of their finances, many traditional banks have started to offer Internet services in addition to branch locations. Our motivation is to find out what customers want from Internet banking. Therefore, this final year project aims to determine customers’ perceptions on Internet banking services in Singapore. A survey was conducted and Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software was used to analyse the data collected. Based on our results, we presented key findings and recommendations for enhancing the adoption of Internet banking.
