Description
Summary:The market for consumer Robotic has been growing tremendously in recent years. The flexibility, productivity and quality gains from the robots are significant factors in convincing companies and constitution of various sizes to consider robot application. The Robot application and job scope could be ranged from basic domestic chores to dangerous tasks such as cleaning household to clearing landmines. In this project, the aim and objectives was to explore a new prototype platform that could bridge the communication link from the robot and the computer via WIFI. The aim and objectives would be justified once the robot could move according to the direction, speed and duration set by the user using a computer. Basically, the prototype platform would be built using Programmable Integrated Circuit Microcontroller, Maxim Max 3222 chip and a commercial robot. A power program would be burned into the Microcontroller to handle all the instructions and commands in order to allow the robot to be full automotive. The success of the project would definitely improve the robot’s capabilities and provide additional new ideas for future exploration and innovation.
