Microstructure and electrical characteristics of multicomponent vanadium-doped Zinc oxide varistors
The microstructure and nonlinear current-voltage characteristics of MnO2-doped, Cr2O3-doped and NiO-doped ZnO-V2O5 varistors, sintered at 900C for 4 hours, have been studied. The initial incorporation of MnO2 reduces the sintered density of the ZnO-V2O5 ceramics.
