This study describes a new productivity performance indicator for bored piling operations in Singapore. The study presents productivity performance measurement of 10 different piling projects in Singapore. These projects include commercial, industrial, residential and utility developments. These piling projects have been used as case studies for the proposed productivity performance indicator. The report also presents variation of productivity performance among various projects. The effect of different factors on the productivity performance of a project have also been presented. The study recommends a base value of productivity performance for comparison among various projects and different companies.
